OFFICE & COMMERCIAL TOWER

The project is located in Riyadh city, with B.U.A ​​(19,110 m2), and it consists of four underground floors used as parking lots, ground and first floors used as shops, and sixteen floors as offices.

As the project is one of the distinctive architectural projects among the major projects in Riyadh city, as it is located in the most prestigious areas of Riyadh, it was necessary to develop an architectural design that matches the modern and contemporary designs of buildings in this region.

OFFICE & COMMERCIAL TOWER

The project is located in a very strategic location on the heart of Riyadh city, King Fahad Road, with B.U.A ​​(5,700 m2) a Hotel apartment tower designed by our architects with amazing style consists of B+G+M+15 storey floors serving 37 luxury units with all relative services, car parking, landscape, roof gardens, health club with a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, GYM...etc.

MIXED USE CENTER

(Residential - Administrative - Commercial Complex)

The project is located in the heart of Riyadh city, with B.U.A ​​(17,500 m2). It consists of two basement floors used for car parking and utilities, a ground floor, two mezzanines used as commercial exhibitions, and seven stories, each divided into two separate sections, one administrative and the other is residential.

COMMERCIAL CENTER

(Business hotel)

The project is located in Riyadh city, with B.U.A ​​ (104,550m2), and it consists of a five-star hotel, a mezzanine floor - fourteen main floors, a commercial market, a hypermarket, and a mosque.

The project idea focuses on finding a recreational area that is distinguished and serving the surrounding area with a remarkable interface and a landmark for the northern gate of Riyadh.

COMMERCIAL CENTER

(Commercial - Administrative Building)

The project is located in Riyadh city, with B.U.A ​​ (15,540m2), and it consists of two basement floors as parking, a ground floor, a mezzanine floor as a commercial center, and seven typical floors as administrative offices.

The project was distinguished by its dark and light colors overlapping the two blocks to form an acute angle that distinguishes the project and to highlight the offices to enjoy the view.

OFFICE BUILDING

The project is located in Al-Khobar city, with B.U.A ​​(10,800), and it consists of a ground floor and car parks and eight repeated floors as administrative offices.

The project idea stemmed from the company’s logo and its use of the general mass of the project by mixing the blocks to form the overlap and the resulting group of external spaces to be an outlet for the users.

SOCIAL PROTECTION AND HOSPITALITY HOUSE

The project is located in Jeddah city, with B.U.A ​​(10,870 m2), and it consists of six buildings (three floors) and the project contains:

  • Two departments (men and women).

  • Residential buildings for individuals and others for families.

  • A facility for activities.

Courtyards and spaces between buildings were designed to be an outlet for both men and women departments, separate from the other, to provide security and safety, with sufficient communication between the two departments to facilitate social government work.

FREQUENCY SPECTRUM MONITORING STATIONS
(DAMMAM BRANCH)

(Design of Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Stations) - Dammam Branch.

The project consists of three regional stations and 23 sub-stations (Unmanned) for monitoring the frequency spectrum around the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Station B.U.A (2,025m2)  consists of ground floor for service and reception with B.U.A (675 m2), and a first, second floors with B.U.A (675 m2) used as offices. The project took into account the compatibility of the frequency spectrum monitoring function with the reception of the public and the appropriate functional distribution of spaces and in addition to general design feature of the identity of the Communications and Information Technology Commission.

FREQUENCY SPECTRUM MONITORING STATIONS
(ABHA BRANCH)

(Design of Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Stations) - Abha Branch.

The project consists of three regional stations and 23 sub-stations (Unmanned) for monitoring the frequency spectrum around the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Station B.U.A (1600 m2)  consists of ground floor for services, reception and offices with B.U.A (520 m2), and a first, second basements with B.U.A (675 m2) used as open plan offices. The topography of the land was taken into account in the design, as the project land has a level difference exceeding 20 m also the compatibility of the frequency spectrum monitoring function with the reception of the public and the appropriate functional distribution of spaces and in addition to general design feature of the identity of the Communications and Information Technology Commission.

FREQUENCY SPECTRUM MONITORING STATIONS
(TABUK BRANCH)

(Design of Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Stations) - Tabuk Branch.

The project consists of three regional stations and 23 sub-stations (Unmanned) for monitoring the frequency spectrum around the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Station B.U.A (770 m2)  consists of ground floor for service and reception with B.U.A (335 m2), and a first floor with B.U.A (335 m2) used as offices. The project took into account the compatibility of the frequency spectrum monitoring function with the reception of the public and the appropriate functional distribution of spaces and in addition to general design feature of the identity of the Communications and Information Technology Commission.

GAS STATION

The project is located in Riyadh city, with a total area of ​​(5,300 m2), and it consists of a service ground floor with B.U.A (1,600m²) and the first floor with B.U.A (398m2) used as offices. The project took into account the use of modern technology in monitoring services, inventory, and electronic accounting. It used a visible solid color to give attractiveness to the project, with a functional distribution that fits the idea of ​​attraction, by placing the café in the front of the station with a ceiling that represents an organic form.

IMPROVEMENT OF AMICABLE SETTLEMENT MANAGEMENT WORKS - INTERIOR DESIGN

(Improving the work environment in the friendly settlement departments in  Riyadh & Jeddah)

The project is located in Riyadh and Jeddah city with B.U.A ​​(5,500 m2). The project consists of a hall to receive auditors and about 25 offices to investigate labor cases, a provider of visual communication techniques, and meeting rooms. The project took into account the development and improvement of the work environment based on the existing situation in the project. Taking into account, the general design feature of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development identity.

SECURITY AND SAFETY DEPARTMENTS BUILDING

(The Security and Safety Departments Building in Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University in Al-Kharj City)

The project is located in Al-Kharj Governorate, and it consists of three floors with B.U.A ​​(9,000 m2), it’s used as administrative offices and units. The project consists of two units (security and safety) with a prominent entrance in the lobby on three floors of the building as it was designed in a curved shape to ensure containment for the user.

Emergency and intensive care building at King Salman bin Abdulaziz Hospital

The project is located in Riyadh city, with B.U.A ​​(1600 m2). It consists of an emergency department, an operating room on the ground floor, an intensive care department on the first floor, and the third section for nurseries on the second floor.

The project aims to increase the capacity of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Hospital. The design took into account using the style and architectural character of the existing hospital, and the two buildings were linked with metal bridges on the first floor and the second floor.
